Catawba Cocktail Pour equal parts of Meier's Non-alcoholic
Catawba Grape Juice and ginger ale over ice.
Concord Cooler
Pour equal parts of Meier's Concord Grape Juice
and lemon-lime soda over ice in a tall glass.
Sparkling Catawba Punch
6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup cold water
2 bottles Meier's Spk. White or Pink Catawba Juice
3 cups (24 oz.) chilled ginger ale
splash of grenadine (for color)
Just before serving, combine the above ingredients
and stir. Float an ice ring if desired.
Hot Spiced Cider
1 bottle Meier's Sparkling Apple Juice
12 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
¼ tsp. allspice
In a saucepan, add spices to the sparkling apple juice and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand for an hour. Remove whole spices. Can be
served hot or chilled. |
Cranberry Chablis Mix equal parts of Meier's Sparkling Chablis Grape Juice and Cranberry juice cocktail over ice. Stir.
Sparkling Cider Punch
2 bottles Meier's Sparkling Apple Juice
6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
28 oz. chilled ginger ale
In a punch bowl, combine all the above ingredients
and stir to blend. Add ice. Fruity Faux-Sangria (Non-alcoholic)
1 bottle Meier's Catawba or Concord Juice
A lemon, lime and orange cut into wedges
1 peach cut into wedges
1 cup sliced strawberries
½ cup lemonade or limeade
2 cups (16 oz.) chilled ginger ale
Pour juice into a pitcher and squeeze the juice from thelemon, lime and orange into the juice. Toss in thewedges and the sliced peaches, strawberries and the lemonade. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale and ice just before serving.
Optional: substitute any fresh, in-season fruit such as nectarines, apples, cherries, grapes, pineapple.
